Full factorial and fractional factorial designs, which have been successfully used in agricultural field experiments, biomedical trials, and industrial process improvements, are important tools for exploring the relationship between the response and experimental factors of interest. The objective of this course is to introduce systematic methods and practical techniques for planning and analyzing multifactorial experiments. Students will also learn how to use R to analyze real-world data. After successfully completing this course, students will be able to design multifactorial experiments for solving real-world problems, analyze the observed data by using appropriate statistical methods, and interpret the analysis results correctly.
